Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of the work you are asking about. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

Third parties

Enquiry form submissions may be processed by a third-party form handler and delivered to our email provider. These providers process the data on our instruction and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aaron@ajrail.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
