Core service
Health & Safety
A safety management system built for rail: competency currency, verified qualifications and auditable records on every shift.
Our commitments
Safety that survives an audit
In rail, a safety system is only worth what it can prove. Ours is built to produce a record, not a folder nobody opens.
Competency verified, not assumed
Every worker is checked against the Rail Industry Worker (RIW) scheme before they are committed to a shift. A lapsed card is caught in the office, not at the access point.
Documented before the shift
Safe Work Method Statements and the protection strategy are agreed and documented ahead of mobilisation, so nobody is deciding how to protect a worksite while standing in it.
Incidents recorded and closed out
Reports are logged, corrective actions are assigned an owner and a date, and closure is tracked. The record is available to a client or auditor who asks for it.
Fatigue and shift management
Possession work runs at difficult hours. Rosters are managed so the person protecting your worksite is fit to do it.
In practice
What a client can expect to see
If you engage us, these are the artefacts you can ask for at any point.
- Current RIW competency records for every worker on site
- Signed Safe Work Method Statements for the scope
- The agreed worksite protection strategy
- Incident and corrective-action register
A note on how we talk about safety
We have deliberately not listed certification numbers or accreditation badges on this page. Claims like that should be verifiable, and we would rather send you the current certificates directly than publish a logo that may go out of date.
Ask us for our safety documentation and you will get the current version, dated.
Want to review our safety documentation?
We will send through the current Safe Work Method Statements and competency records for your review.
